1. Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery or purchase.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging.
• Valid proof of purchase is required.
• Exclusions apply to customized items, final sale products, innerwear, and damaged products due to misuse.

2. Exchange Process

a. For Online Purchases

• Initiate request via "My Orders" or contact care@rhapsolabelbysatish.com.
• Specify reason and select replacement product.
• Return via designated courier (first exchange free).
• Inspection and approval before dispatching replacement within 5–7 business days.

b. For In-Store Purchases

• Visit the store within 15 days with receipt and product.
• Choose a replacement; pay difference if higher in value.
• Subject to product availability at store.

3. Exchange Conditions

• One-time exchange per order unless approved otherwise.
• Exchanges depend on replacement availability.
• Lower value replacements result in store credit; no cash refunds.
• First exchange shipping free in India; further exchanges or international exchanges may incur fees.
• Defective products reported within 48 hours will be replaced free of charge.

4. Non-Exchangeable Scenarios

• Requests after 15-day period.
• Used, altered, or incomplete products.
• No proof of purchase.
• Items marked non-exchangeable.
• Unauthorized returns without prior approval.

5. International Orders

• Customers bear return shipping costs unless defective.
• Replacements shipped post inspection of returned items.
• Customs duties and taxes are customer’s responsibility.

6. Store Credits

• Issued when replacement unavailable or by customer choice.
• Valid for 6 months, non-transferable, redeemable online or in-store.
• Cannot be converted to cash or combined with certain promotions.
